Use License
Permission is granted to use BilluApp for creating invoices for legitimate business purposes. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may:

- Download invoices as PDF files
- Use BilluApp's features for free or paid tiers as applicable
You may not:
- Modify or copy the BilluApp software
- Attempt to reverse engineer the service
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Transfer the service to another person
- Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Service Description
BilluApp provides:
- Free invoice generation with GST support
- Multiple professional invoice templates
- PDF download functionality
- Logo upload capability
- Real-time invoice preview
- AI-powered invoice generation (paid plans)
- Invoice history and management (paid plans)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
User Responsibilities
As a user of BilluApp, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring all invoice information you enter is accurate and truthful
- Complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter at $4.99/month, Growth at $9.99/month) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.
Limitation of Liability
BilluApp is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to errors in tax calculations. You are responsible for verifying all tax amounts before submitting invoices.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
